Dr. Félix Vladimir Arroyo-Ríos is a historian, author, educator, and researcher whose work focuses on Puerto Rican history, labor movements, and the political and social dynamics of the Cold War. He earned a Ph.D. in Puerto Rican and Caribbean History from the Center for Advanced Studies of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

With more than two decades of experience in education in both Puerto Rico and the United States, Dr. Arroyo-Ríos has taught History, Social Studies, and Spanish at the secondary and university levels. His professional career reflects a commitment to academic excellence, historical inquiry, and student achievement.

As an author, he has contributed to the study of Puerto Rico’s twentieth-century history through works such as Juan Sáez Corales: La Voz Prohibida and La Sombra del Comunismo, which examine labor activism, political repression, state surveillance, and the broader impact of the Cold War on Puerto Rican society.
